Wilten Construction has a flat structure with hands on leadership, this enables us to be flexible, make decisions quickly, and respond to the needs of our clients and supply chain efficiently.

Using their industry experience, the Board has set the mission, vision, and values which provide clear direction and a positive work culture to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and a happy workforce.

Naim carries over 20 years' professional experience within the construction industry with a hands on approach to all business operations. Naim started his career as a setting out engineer at Fitzpatrick and then at Winvic. During his 13 years at Winvic, Naim progressed through the ranks to director level and was responsible operationally for a divisional annual turnover of £150m+ across a wide variety of construction projects.

Matt carries over 20 years' professional experience within the construction industry and a wealth of pre-construction and commercial knowledge. Prior to starting Wilten, Matt enjoyed 5 1/2 years working for Winvic, where he worked his way quickly through the ranks to Director level, responsible commercially for a successful divisional turnover of £150m+ in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Our Senior Leadership Team.

Working closely with the Board, our Senior Leadership Team comprises key individuals who have a wealth of industry experience, bringing their skills and expertise to Wilten Construction to enhance both Pre-construction and Construction. They provide strategic direction with a focus on growing the company and developing Team Wilten.

Our Senior Leadership Team is supported by a skilled team of office and site management personnel, meaning that your project is in expert hands from inception through to design, procurement, and delivery.

Justin, Wilten's Construction Director, serves as the executive point of contact, ensuring project delivery strategies are robust and effective. He actively participates in strategic decisions, oversees the entire project lifecycle, and ensures safety and high standards. Justin provides leadership to site teams, supports Project Managers, allocates resources, and evaluates performance for peak productivity. He works closely with clients, design, and site teams to deliver collaborative, client-focused outcomes.

Sam oversees and maintains financial control, optimises profitability, maximises value, and ensures Wilten Construction’s projects are being delivered on time and within budget. Sam has over 10 years' experience in the industry with 8 ½ years at Winvic Construction where he started his career after University as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Sam is the executive point of contact for all commercial matters across all of Wilten’s projects.

As Estimating Director, Steve is responsible for Wilten’s pricing activities during the pre-construction stage. With over 30 yrs experience in the construction industry, across many sectors, Steve’s broad knowledge and experience is invaluable in ensuring all tenders and cost plans have been critically and technically reviewed prior to submission. Steve maintains close relationships with key clients and supply chain partners enabling Wilten to be agile and responsive with our proposals.

Sarah works closely with our Estimating Director to head up our Pre-construction Team, overseeing work winning activities including PQQs and Tenders. With 14 years experience in proposals and marketing in the industry, Sarah has expertise in bid writing, proposals management, and pre-construction. Sarah also delivers Business Development to create and maintain relationships and our pipeline, and our Marketing Strategy to enhance repeat business, reputation, and consistency.
