Construction works commenced on site in June 2022 and are due to be completed after a 32 week programme. Once complete, the site will accommodate a 32,000 sqft warehouse and logistics facility.

Key features include a two unit industrial space complete with complex ground engineering, offices, external works and new site access, with BREEAM Excellent.

This project has benefited by our extensive experience in the ground, with Wilten Construction applying a value engineered ground improvement solution to meet the clients budget expectations.

Max Freeman, Client - Valor Real Estate, said:

"We are excited to be working alongside Wilten Construction to deliver a highly flexible last mile facility that exhibits best in class credentials throughout. This is Valor's first time partnering with Wilten and we are highly impressed with their reactive and collaborative approach to construction. No doubt this will be the first project of many".

Matt Fry, Director at Wilten, said:

"We are proud to be working in partnership with Valor Real Estate at Canning Town. We are building an excellent relationship with the client team and are thrilled to be delivering this project. Valor are a key client for us, and we look forward to building upon the success of this project into the next, delivering on our Wilten Promise".

The build is supported by project partners Christopher Smith Associates (Employer's Agent) , BE Design (Structural Engineer) and Ashton Smith (Architect).
