The New Warehouse & Logistics facility totals a 60,400 sqft industrial unit complete with office space, car park and service yard. The project will run over a 36 period, works started on site in mid April 2023.

We are working in collaboration with professional team Burrows Graham, UMC Architects, Eveson Projects Limited and Belshaw.

David Sayers, Client - Bridge Industrial, said:

"Bridge Industrial are excited to be working with Wilten Construction again on our second project together following the successful completion of Bridge Point Barking. Bridge Point Croydon will be a brand new Grade A last mile logistics building achieving BREEAM Excellent, EPC A+ and Net Carbon Zero".

Matt Fry, Director at Wilten, said:

"Wilten are delighted to have been appointed for the second time by Bridge Industrial for the Design and Build contract in Factory Lane, Croydon! We are proud to be generating repeat business and the Team are excited to be delivering another fantastic scheme!"

We are making fantastic progress on site with the demolition works nearly complete, earthworks are well underway and the attenuation tanks are being installed.

We are reusing the crushed brickwork and hard standing from the original building stopping 6,500 tons being removed from site and going into landfill, contributing to us achieving a pathway to net Carbon Zero.

We are really excited to share more updates with you over the coming months!

For now keep an eye out on Wilten Live!
