#TeamWilten were delighted to host valued client VentURe Properties on site in Fleckney for a ground-breaking ceremony.

Wilten Construction were appointed as Main Contractor for the design and build of a New Commercial Development at Marlborough Drive, Fleckney earlier in the year with works starting on site in August 2022.
The project involves a 34 week build programme with full turnkey delivery completed with a workshop and office fit out development. Phase 1 involves an initial 12,000 sqft of commercial build and this will rise to 40,000 sqft by the end of Phase 2.
The build is supported by project partners and in collaboration with professional team; RJA Consultants (Employers Agent), Corporate Architecture Limited (Architect), Jackson Purdue Lever (Engineer) and Assent Building Control Ltd (Approved Inspector).
