Ground-Breaking Ceremony, Royston Gateway

#TeamWilten were delighted to host Kiafield Properties on site for our most recent Ground-Breaking Ceremony!

Wilten Construction were delighted to announce our award of the Design & Build contract at Royston Gateway. Once complete the site will accommodate a 30,000 sqft space to provide 7nr Trade Units for valued client Kiafield Properties.



Bryan Kruse, Client - Kiafield Properties, said:

"The Royston Gateway Development is a 30-acre development by Kiafield Properties Ltd and the Trade Park phase consists of 30,100 sqft in 7 Units of varying sizes. Wilten provided a competitive price on a Design and Build basis and have made good progress over the seven weeks they have been on site with Steel Frame erecting underway. We are pleased with the well-ordered site management and control of activities on site. It was a pleasure to meet some of the Wilten Team at the Ground-Breaking ceremony and we look forward to marking the successful completion of this current phase on programme and budget. This is the first project for Wilten with Kiafield and based on our experience to date we will be looking to work with Wilten again on the following phases at the Royston Gateway Development ".

The build is supported by project partners and in collaboration with professional team; Stace construction property consultants, Farrell & Clark Architects and Burrows Graham.
