#TeamWilten were delighted to host WPL on site last week in Cardigan for a Milestone Ceremony to mark the progression of the groundworks and the first stage of the steel installation.
Wilten Construction were appointed as Main Contractor for the Design & Build contract of a New Retail Unit in Cardigan, for repeat business Client, T.J. Morris.
The project involves a 46 week build programme to provide 25,974 sqft space, complete with shop fronts, external door openings, car parking, service yard, and associated drainage.
The build is being delivered in collaboration with T.J. Morris and the professional team; WPL and Fairhurst.
Braydon Macaulay Senior Project Manager at Wilten, said:
"It was great to host WPL on-site on Wednesday for a milestone ceremony, especially with it being our second project together following the successful delivery of our first Home Bargains store in Gillingham. It has been rewarding to show the team how much progress we've made and to build on the strong relationship we've already established. This project is shaping up to be another exciting delivery!".
