Wilten Construction are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Design & Build Contract for a new, sustainable, 102,752 sqft Industrial Logistics facility at Unit B, Railway Triangle. The project will be delivered in a 36 week programme with works planned for completion in Q2 2025.
Unit B Railway Triangle is designed to achieve ESG targets of BREEAM Excellent, EPC A, and to also meet Fitwel enabled criteria. The building will incorporate internal two storey office accommodation together with external works including hard standings, car parking, landscaping, drainage, main service connections and offsite Section 278 Works.
Wilten are working in collaboration with valued Client DTZ Investors and the professional team Quartz, Hale Architecture, and Stantec to successfully deliver this modern industrial accommodation.
In addition, Wilten will be co-operating with key stakeholders throughout design and construction to protect their daily activities, including Network Rail whose infrastructure is adjacent to the site.
