New Project Award for repeat business Client Legal & General , Unit 1 / 1a Dunstable

Wilten are proud to announce our second appointment as Main Contractor for valued Client Legal & General for the Demolition, Design and Build of a 44,000 sqft Warehouse in Dunstable.


The scheme will provide a new BREEAM Excellent industrial warehouse which will provide an attractively designed building appropriate to the location within Woodside Industrial Estate.


The project involves a 35 week programme and once complete will provide the following benefits for the area and occupier:

  • Strong, high-quality appearance which sets a high-level design and environmental standard, and complements the existing buildings in the estate

  • Protection and enhancement of the area, with tree and shrub planting to improve the site provision for biodiversity

  • Sustainability benefits through a focus on creating better places for local people to work and live, and promoting long term economic wellbeing


The project will be delivered in collaboration with professional team Goodrich, TSA Riley, Hale Architecture and Fairhurst.
