New Project Awarded: Ian Marlow Centre, Leicester!

Wilten Construction are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Design & Build contract for the Ian Marlow Centre, Leicester, for repeat client Brackley Property Developments and Leicester City Council. The Ian Marlow Centre will provide 30,400 sqft space comprising of 21 nr single-storey warehouse units complete with associated external service yards, parking, and landscaped areas. 

We will be working with valued client Brackley Property Developments Ltd and Leicester City Council, in collaboration with the professional team; Summers Inman LLP, Stephen George + Partners, BSP, BWB Consulting.

We are looking forward to continuing our existing, positive relationship with the client team, and are thrilled to get on site to commence the works and showcase this fantastic development.
