New Project Awarded: Pioneer Park, Leicester

Wilten Construction are delighted to announce the award of the Design & Build contract at Pioneer Park, Leicester.

Docks 3, 4 & 5 total a 63,500 sqft space to provide 2 Grade A Offices and 9 Workspace Units. The project will run over a 48 week programme, starting on site in Q2 2023, for valued client Brackley Property Developments, in partnership with Leicester City Council.

Working in collaboration with professional team Summers Inman Construction and Property Consultants, SGP Architects,BWB and Envision.
