Steel-Topping Ceremony, Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill

Wilten Construction were very proud to announce the award of the Design & Build contract for Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill earlier this year. Last week we were delighted to host the Steel-Topping Ceremony for valued client Vamos Invest Limited.

The build is supported by project partners Feasi bility (Employer's Agent), Northland (Employer's Agent), Cudd Bentley Consulting (BREEAM Consultants), PRC (Architects) and Whitby Wood (Structural Engineers).

Construction works commenced in May 2022 and will deliver a five industrial unit scheme of 31,000 sqft complete with ancillary offices, parking and landscaping, over the course of a 30-week programme.

David Morriss, Client - Vamos Invest Limited, said:

"Saltwhistle in Redhill is a five unit, 31,000 sqft commercial development project for Vamos Invest and we are happy to say that so far Wilten have met our expectations. It was a pleasure to meet some of the Wilten Team at the steel-topping last week.
