Steel Topping Ceremony Ian Marlow

Wilten Construction were thrilled to host our valued and repeat business Client Brackley Property DevelopmentsLeicester City Council and Leicester City’s Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby, at our most recent steel-topping ceremony at Ian Marlow Centre, Leicester. Wilten took great delight in giving them a tour of the 30,4000 sqft area.

Once complete, the industrial space will consist of 5 industrial units and 21 sub-units complete with associated external service yards, parking, and landscaped areas.

The scheme will help meet the demand for commercial employment workspace for start-up and growing businesses within Leicester City.

To successfully deliver this design and build project, we have been working with valued client Brackley Property Developments Ltd and Leicester City Council and in collaboration with the professional team; Summers Inman LLPStephen George + PartnersBSPBWB Consulting.
