Wilten Construction were thrilled to host our valued Client Brackley Property Developments, Leicester City Council and Leicester City’s Mayor Sir Peter Soulsby, at our most recent steel-topping ceremony at Pioneer Park, Leicester last week.
The team took great pleasure in showing our Clients the progress made so far for this fantastic scheme. Wilten have been working in collaboration with professional teams Summers Inman, SGP, BWB and Envision.
Wilten were appointed as Main Contractor for the Design & Build of Docks 3, 4 & 5.
2 Grade A Offices & 9 Workspace Units at Pioneer Park, Leicester, the project involves a 48 week build programme of a 63,500 sqft space. The new development is an expansion of Docks 1 & 2, and will be built to match the previous buildings to form one campus.
The new development is part of a wider initiative and energy efficiency measures have been implemented as the new buildings are being developed as a pathway to net carbon zero.

Pioneer Park has received the internal Health and Safety Award during both June and July for their great housekeeping standards and super site management.
