Team Wilten Celebrate International Women's Day 2025

At Wilten, we are proud to show our support for International Women’s Day 2025 by celebrating the achievements of women and taking action to raise awareness about discrimination and drive progress towards gender equality.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where women in construction are supported — from recruitment and career development to leadership and decision-making roles — ensuring all voices are valued and heard.

This year’s theme, ‘Accelerate Action,’ encourages us all to move faster and take bold steps towards a more equal future.

Wilten have arranged a Women in Leadership Workshop for our team to engage and interact in a programme specifically designed for female leaders and aspiring leaders in the construction industry.

The course will cover practical strategies to navigate gender dynamics in leadership, enhance self-awareness , develop confidence, and drive high performance within teams. The team will explore key themes such as imposter syndrome, self advocacy, effective communication, and managing change while equipping themselves with the actionable tools to foster a gender-inclusive workplace.
