#TeamWilten celebrate Women in Construction Week 2024 and International Women’s Day 2024!

Wilten are showing our support this year by celebrating women's achievements and raising awareness about discrimination and women’s equality through inspiring inclusion. 

At Wilten, we are proud to have an inclusive environment that supports women in the construction industry through actions such as recruitment, retaining and developing diverse talent, and supporting women into leadership roles and decision making where everyone’s voices are heard.

This year the campaign theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Inspire Inclusion.

Members of #TeamWilten are striking the #inspireinclusion pose to show solidarity and inspire others to help collectively shape an inclusive world.
